While at Diageo North America, he led general-market and multicultural advertising for the company's Johnnie Walker brand. Manny leveraged Latinos' passion for the arts, culture and entertainment by building impactful partnerships between Johnnie Walker and the Latin Grammys and People en Espanol magazine. As Brand Manager for Miller Genuine Draft, Manny managed the brand's successful mystery concert series, Solo con Invitacion.
